Basically that file has a camera with a pre-defined path and a box. you import your object into the file and place it in the box, make sure everything fits, then delete the box, select view from camera 1 and hit the render button, in the render dialogue box you want to click the radio button that says "render all frames" and this will create a movie file. then you take that movie file and use another apple QT developer utility called , oddly enough, VRMakeObject, this will take your special movie file that strata outputted, and then create a QT VR object movie, very cool stuff.
