!div style="display:none"!fjrigjwwe9r2content:tip!/div!!div style="display:none"!edf40wrjww2content:tip!/div!I create flat model shapes in three views using a postscript drawing package usually beginning with a scan of the side view. Draw these shapes first, then translate the different elements to all other views from the first view to get consistent height, length, width of each element. Then, draw a rectangle around first view that covers all the flat shapes. Use same rectangle and dupe copy for other views centering on the flat shapes for that side. Then export each view for importing into Strata with their rectangular "bounding box" which you can "make construction" and use later as a registration point if you edit the flat file. Align each view in Strata along its axis. Simply import shapes, group, align with box, and the added shapes will have exact registration to model.
