I saw the App store version of Foto 3d and I want to know how it differs from the CX version or CX2 also is there a PC version of the App store's foto 3d? (mainly for price)
Strata Foto 3D SE, available on the Mac App Store, is limited compared to Foto 3D CX 2.
Foto 3D SE does not include the Markers feature or the Photoshop plug-ins. SE also has a lower maximum polygon count and lower maximum texture resolution.
Foto 3D SE is currently only available through the App Store.
Note that we have just released updates for both Foto 3D SE and Foto 3D CX which support export to the Collada (.dae) file format. Collada is the 3D format used by Apple's iBooks Author.
