I'm trying to write a velvet shader using lua, based on Jon Bradley's Fresnel shader. I'm guessing I should be setting pixels in the Diffuse layer of the document during the Pixel phase, but I'm not sure how to change the contents of that layer. Could someone point me in the right direction (or tell me if I'm on the wrong track)?
