I looked but didn't see any updates for Design3D[in].
Thought I would ask just to make sure I didn't over look it.

You have not overlooked anything, there are not updates for Design 3D[in].

Thanks Brian =)

Although I do have a few of questions.

A. Why is there no scroll bar if the modeling window is larger than
the software's application window?
B. Where is the tools for modeling, are they all Hot keys? (and)why?
C. Why does the modeling window go black when I adjust its size?
D. When copy and paste to new modeling window, it doesn't show but
it is recognized in the project window, (I know its centered).

These are questions I have discovered just in the first few hours
of use. Makes for a rather frustrating first impression. :(

Send me an e-mail with your D3D model and your system specs - OS version, computer type, video card type, etc - along with the URL to this topic please Kyprus. These kinds of things are much better dealt with via e-mail rather than in the Forums.

You said you used the Copy/Paste command, there must be a D3D model, you just haven't saved it probably.

heh, nope. No reason. well, at the time.

Although, if I keep changing the views it eventually shows up.
That also goes for the black window when adjusting the modeling
size, if I keep changing the view point it will eventually show also.

I have sent you an email with the requested info. =)

Don't think a model would have helped any way. you may not be able to reproduce the issues at hand.

Your black window issue is most likely due to video card drivers. I'll send you the procedure for solving it in my e-mail response.

The driver's will have to wait, I do Know I'm up to date.

As for the scroll bar:
Its not the modeling window, (I've never know one to there).
Its the application's window when the modeling window goes beyond
its size. i.e, if I have two modeling windows open and I move one
to the side there is no scroll bar to move the view, (inside the application) so the other modeling window is in view.

Thanks Kyprus, that did help. The multi-document interface on Windows was changed for the Design 3D[in] release. This change has been carried forward to the CX 5.5 release as well.
