I am using a non truetype font which was imported from Illustrator as a text string (a headline). I have extruded the text, but since the characters are imported as a group, I don't have access to the bevel characteristics as grouped text.
Double clicking the grouped text invokes a window where the individual letters can be altered with the bevel controls. But I have to manually set each letter to match. Very time consuming in a text string. Can individual letter bevel settings be saved or copied then applied to the additional characters (without manually setting all characteristics)?

In some cases, I know I could create one letter with desired bevel, drag copy the letter, then change the character (while maintaining the bevel settings) But in this case, the letters were imported on an arc, so I would need to reposition, and rotate each letter. not a time saver.

Thanks

Isn't it possible to flatten the whole group of letters into the same mesh by selecting the group and converting it to a mesh?
